If this does not resolve your email problem:

You will see a list of the email messages currently in your mailbox.  Find the message(s) causing the problem (check for large file size, messages with nothing in the "Subject" or "From" field, unusual dates, etc.) and click in the box in front of the message.  Select the Delete/Undelete Option, then select the Purge Deleted Messages Option.  Use this method to get rid of all messages you don't want.  Then, when you open your Outlook Express you will only load the messages you decided to keep.  Be sure the web-based email is the only email program open and always choose the Logoff Option at the top right-hand side of the screen to close the program.  Remember, once a message is deleted from your mailbox it is gone so make sure messages you delete do not contain information you need.
