Many connection issues can be resolved by restarting your computer. Please try restarting before proceeding with troubleshooting!
Q: Suddenly I can't connect to the Internet. I get the error message "Web page cannot be displayed in offline mode". What could be wrong?
Make sure your connection information is correct:

Check your Network settings:
Click on Start, Settings, Control Panel
Open Network or Network Connections
Double-click on the TCP/IP for your Network Card
Check the following tabs for correct settings...Refer to documentation

DNS Configuration:
Primary DNS: 65.165.135.3
Secondary DNS: 64.113.32.54
Click for information on how to change your DNS settings for a single or networked computer.
Click Apply (if available), then click "OK"
Try connecting to the Internet again.

Q: I seem to be connected but certain sites will not load and I am having trouble getting my email...
Have you recently installed any type of filter or firewall?
If so, check your firewall settings to make sure the software is not blocking access
If that does not work try disabling or uninstalling your firewall software
If this resolves the issue check with the software manufacturer before reinstalling
If you do not have any type of filter or firewall, check the Security Settings in your Internet Explorer. Refer to the Microsoft site for more information about this option.
