Internet Information

How do I get connected?

Just give us a call, or stop by the office for our information packet which contains set-up information and an application. Applications and Terms of Agreement are also available online under Plans Available. It takes about an hour to get the account set-up and tested once we have the application information. We then give you a call to let you know your account is active. All you have to do is follow the set-up information to get your computer ready to go on-line.

What about Tech Support?

We offer tech support 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.  We are happy to assist you with your Internet connection and related issues, but we cannot support operating systems, software, or hardware problems.

What about connection speeds?

Our modems are V.90 ISP modems, connected to a T-1 line. If you are using a 56K modem it must be V.90 compatible. Some older 56K modems may require a software upgrade, usually available online at no cost. The condition of your phone line will also be a major factor in determining your connection speeds.

System Requirements for Dial-Up Service:

Plans Available:

Unmeasured service means we do not measure your time spent online. You may use as much time as you wish as long as you are actively using the connection. However, this type of service is not intended to be a 24 hour "always on" connection. We do offer "always on" high speed access (either DSL, wireless, or satellite depending on your location) for our customers who need this type of connection. Click here for more information about our High Speed Internet Access.
